Nice! Great tips, girl!!
Great tips – I’m flying to the US on Friday and was questioning the meal ordering trick.
I kind of want to do vegetarian since I’m a contemplating the switch already and am a bit scared of questionable meat, but then I’m pretty sure I’ll get stuck with stodgy pasta.
It’s tricky this travelling deal!

I’ve changed it multiple times from vegetarian to low-fat…I hope they can’t see my meal ordering history!!
Right now I’m going with Asian vegetarian in the hopes that that won’t mean pasta…
Asian Vegetarian Meal – This meal is vegetarian and will be of a spicy nature.
Guess we’ll see!

CJ (project55): I don’t know what airline you’re flying but I think the lowfat/vegetarian are often the same meal. On United, one of the meals (the smaller one, right before you land) is actually a pretty decent chickpea salad with a Jordan granola bar. I haven’t been stuck with pasta yet…
Good luck!
I loved your guest post!! It was great – I’m a big advocate of the ’special meal request.’ Plus sometimes you get served first so that’s nice
Wow – that food looks so good!
I have tried that sausage and it is so so good! I’ve never asked for a special meal request, maybe next time i will!!
Your grandma is cute! Very nice dishes!
